The ABC of Dancing with Confidence
In this 6-week course you will learn about:
A: Awareness & Alignment -- how to enhance your awareness of body and mind.
B: Breaking Bad Habits & Building a Base -- how to change your behaviour (both physical and emotional) and create good habits to facilitate good posture and positive thinking.
C: Creating Change -- how to create a daily exercise routine to strengthen your muscles and improve your posture, while improving your confidence level.
This will be a combination of individual weekly work at home and a bi-weekly live group class where we go deeper into the topics with lots of information to support you on this journey.
